Each tile has 1° heigth and width (Excepted some few cases that have 1° * 2° or 3°.
Numbering from left bottom of the tile -->138 + North (2 digits for latitude)+((East = 000 to 180 longitude) or (West = 180+longitude)). If somebody will want to map the south latitudes with keeping the same numbering, I would suggest to add "500" to the longitude for the south latitude.
